All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five <br />gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. Immediately discontinue <br />deposition of petroleum into this tank until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and <br />certified contractor under permit and inspection of the EHD. If the spill container can't be replaced immediately, <br />there is a possibility that the Diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br />320 <br />CCR 2635, 2637.2, 2665, 2712 Failure to comply with the installation, inspection, or record keeping of the overfill <br />prevention. <br />Owners or operators of underground storage tanks that do not meet California Code of regulations, title 23 division <br />3, chapter 16 section 2635(c)(2) shall test overfill prevention equipment once by October 13th, 2018 and every 36 <br />months thereafter; and within 30 days of the date of a repair. The site did not performed the testing by October 13th, <br />2018. Ensure to conduct overfill prevention equipment inspection within the time frame provided by the regulation <br />and submit test results within 30 days of performing the inspection. Ensure a 48 hour notification is provided to EHD <br />prior to conducting the inspection. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection. The EHD will generate <br />and provide a complete report to the facility operator. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br />On site to witness the monitoring system certification. No paperwork was inspected during the inspection.
