Environmental Health Department <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br />storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br />ACTION: All containers closed on site. <br />Waste stream observed: Perc, Perc filters <br />Inspector provided: return to compliance certification, statement of corrective actions, modified contingency <br />plan, copies of photos taken during inspection, hazardous waste label, EPA ID number application. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling.
