SA NUJ OAHU I N Environmental Health Department <br /> L■ COUNTY <br /> p Greorness grows Mere, Time In: 2:00 pm <br /> YF DR� <br /> Time Out: 2:38 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: LA TAPATIA MARKET Date: 09/08/2020 <br /> Address: 2606 E MAIN ST, STOCKTON 95205 <br /> Owner/Operator: ZEPEDA, RAFAEL&LORENA Telephone: (209)986-7469 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052564 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE HAIRNETS AND THE LATEX GLOVES USED BY THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS FACILITY <br /> ARE ENDING UP IN THE GUTTERS AND YARDS OF THE SURROUNDING HOMES. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I walked around facility in order to find debris as the complaint had stated. Observed no debris and two garbage <br /> cans located at the rear and on the right hand side of the facility. I also observed the yards of the neighboring houses in the <br /> community and found no debris, such as hairnets or latex gloves. I then spoke to the owner of the facility and explained the <br /> nature of the complaint.
