I spoke with an associate in regards <br /> to the nature of the complaint.They stated that all staff on site wear a mask, the cook is a man with short hair and the <br /> associate stated that a customer did complain of finding hair in their food while eating in the patio but the hair found was <br /> colored red and long,the opposite of what the cook contains.The associate continued to state that the customer was <br /> reimbursed and then they left the location. I checked all the cooling temperatures for the facility, in which no violation and no <br /> spoiled food was observed.
