All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: The facility contains rodent droppings in different locations of the facility. The facility is serviced monthly <br />and traps can be seen throughout the facility. Observed a sticky trap with a dead rodent on the trap, appears to have been <br />there for some amount of time. Clean and sanitize all areas with rodent droppings, continue to implement pest control and <br />discard of any traps with existing pest in/on them. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br /> #27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed trays of chicken being stored inside of the 3 Dr True cooler in which food items are being <br />stored on top of the chicken. Keep and maintain all food items covered and avoid any possible contamination occurring <br />when the food is stored. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be separated and protected from contamination. (113984 (a, b, c, d, f), 113986, 114060, <br />114067(a, d, e, j), 114069(a, b), 114077, 114089.1 (c), 114143 (c)) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed sweet bread in the self-serve area which currently lacks labels for bread with fillings. Provide <br />to ensure the customer is aware of the product being purchased. Correct immediately. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving.
