This information was required to be submitted by February 6, 2016. <br /> This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. The outstanding violations <br /> include: <br /> -Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste: An incomplete waste analysis was conducted. The lab <br /> analytical results indicated additional STLC and TCLP testing was needed to make a complete determination. <br /> -Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point: The SDS submitted stated the chemical is"very toxic <br /> to aquatic life"and that"this mixture is considered hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard." <br /> An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a <br /> written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by April 26, 2017. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
