Time In: 12:30 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:20 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Date: 07/22/2020 <br /> Address: 2031 S EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052290 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> FOOD VENDOR IS SELLING CHICKEN WITH NO HEALTH PERMIT AND NOT USING PROPER SANITATION <br /> METHODS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the owner of the market and stated the reason for the complaint. The owner of the market stated <br /> that the vendors in question are using the kitchen area to prepare their food and only BBQ the chicken outside of the facility. <br /> The kitchen are is permitted, PR0545747, and I observed individuals preparing food and taking it outside in bins for the grill. <br /> Outside I was able to speak with the person in charge, in which I identified myself and stated the reason for my visit. While <br /> outside it was observed of sauces placed in ice chests and a tray of meat that had been removed from the grill was on the <br /> counter covered.There was also a steam table in which the meat was placed to keep warm. I advised that all prepared food <br /> must be placed inside unless it will be placed directly into take out bax and given to the customer straight from the grill. I <br /> continued to educate the operators and stated all operations must occur inside of the facility and the barbecuing of themeat <br /> can occur outside on the grill only.
