THE <br /> CONTAINERS USED TO PREPARE THE FOOD ARE NOT PROPERLY WASHED. THE RESTROOMS ARE FILTHY, <br /> GLOVES ARE NOT BEING USED PROPERLY, WORKERS ARE NOT WEARING HAIR RESTRAINTS PROPERLY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Ware washing sink has all of the needed supplies to properly wash utensils. <br /> Rest rooms were clean at time of inspection. All employees have either short or restrained hair. As long as hands are clean, <br /> gloves are not required (but they are available) <br /> Corrections: Remind employees that if they do use gloves, that hands are to be washed before they are used and between <br /> tasks. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
