Telephone: (209)858-0101 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052379 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT VISITED FACILITY ON 7/31/2020. COMPLAINANT PURCHASED CHICKEN PIECES AND DID NOT <br /> OPEN THEM UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT WHEN THEY OPENED THE CHICKEN, IT <br /> SMELLED HORRIBLE AND ONE OF THE PIECES HAD A GREENISH COLOR TO IT. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY <br /> HAVE RECEIVED SPOILED FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES <br /> WHEN A COPY OF INSPECTION WAS REQUESTED, THE REQUEST WAS DENIED BY MANAGER ANNA R. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
