Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. <br /> The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection reports. <br /> -Section V of the inspection reports were missing follow up actions about scheduling Overfill Prevention Equipment <br /> Testing. <br /> -The"NA"in sections VII through XI were not fully explained on the inspection reports. <br /> -Overfill Prevention testing information was left blank. <br /> -Tank and line tightness testing information was left blank. <br /> -The designated operator answered the question regarding sump sensor locations but did not list which sumps were <br /> visually inspected. <br /> -The Overfill Prevention Equipment Inspection was selected "YES" but date of test was not given. <br /> During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required testing and maintenance for the UST <br /> system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designated operators <br /> performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 315 HSC 25291(e)Water in secondary containment not removed, analyzed, and properly disposed of(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> Approximately 4 cups of liquid was observed in the 87 STP sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment <br /> by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. The service technician removed all liquid <br /> from the 87 STP sump while EHD was onsite. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 319 CCR 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 No spill bucket,failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty, or failed to be <br /> tested. <br /> The 87 and 91 direct-bury spill container failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons but were able to pass the <br /> one hour hydrostatic test.All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons.
