COMMENTS
Provide any additional comments here.
Note : On October 3 , 20197 1 was scheduled to perform a Secondary Containment Test at this UST Facility. I observed
that all the Product Piping Containment Test Boots in the Turbine/Product Piping Sumps and at the Under- Dispenser
Containment had material degradation and would not seal off the Product Piping Containment for Testing Purposes . I
Contacted the Site Owner and advised that i would need to order all 10 Test Boots and reschedule the testing . I
rescheduled the testing event for October 18 , 2019 . 1 replaced all 10 Test Boots prior testing .
Note : All Test Boots in the Turbine/Product Piping Sumps and the Under- Dispenser Containment were loosened and
pulled back from the Primary/Secondary Product Piping Interface , at the end of Testing , to allow earliest detection , should
a Primary Product Piping Leak occur.
ID = Identification
