A black 5 gallon container of brake fluid inside the shop and a black 55 gallon container of petroleum hydrocarbon debris on the west side of the shop were not labeled with a hazardous property . All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: -the words"Hazardous Waste" - name and address of generator - hazardous properties - physical state - composition (contents) - accumulation start date Immediately label these containers and ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required information. This was corrected on site. This is a repeat violation, Class Il.
