An inspection was last done on 8/7/2018 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 9/6/2018. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include all of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 201 CCR 2712(b)(1-2)Failure to maintain monitoring, maintenance, and follow up action records. Secondary containment test results for 6/20/2019 were not found on site. Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site. These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years. Monitoring records include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment,ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of inventory readings and reconciliations. Immediately locate and maintain all maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on site. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 204 CCR 2712(i)Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site. An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. The monitoring plans found onsite do not reflect the changes that were make on CERS on 7/15/2019. A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times.
