SAN ,dDAQ U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> C01-1 N T <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> SPEEDCO#944 1 1515 HOFF DR, RIPON August 28, 2020 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 403 CCR 66265.173 Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed in the main shop near <br /> lube 2 entrance: <br /> -Three 55-gallon containers with used paper oil filters observed with no lids. <br /> -One 15-gallon container with used paper oil filters observed with no lid. <br /> -One 55-gallon container with used oil observed with non-secure lid. <br /> The following were observed in the hazardous waste storage area: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with soiled absorbent pads observed with non-secure lid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and <br /> storage, except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste.
