Under vapor <br /> recovery piping it states that secondary containment is made of fiberglass however single wall vapor recovery was <br /> observed on the 87 product, 89 product, and 91 product tanks while the inspector was on the field. Any change of <br /> information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the <br /> required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 122 CCR 2712(f)Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> An inspection was last done on 1/25/18 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted <br /> to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 2/24/18. This information has <br /> not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives an inspection report <br /> shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or <br /> proposing corrective actions which will be taken.
