Metal Finishing Solutions , Inc . SELF= MONITORING SAMPLE PROGRAM The permittee , Metal Finishing Solutions , Inc . , located at 1325 EI Pinal Drive , shall perform the following self-monitoring sample program effective October 1 , 2018 , and continuing until the complete expiration of this permit. The permittee shall perform sample monitoring for the listed pollutant parameters using sample frequencies , sample types , and methodologies specified in this self-monitoring sample program . All handling and preservation of the collected samples and laboratory analyses of samples shall be performed in accordance with 40 CFR Part 136 , and amendments thereto , unless otherwise specified in the monitoring conditions of this permit.
