Liaw : <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District ( District) has reviewed the <br /> project referenced above consisting of building an aluminum plating line located at 1325 <br /> District offers the following comments : <br /> EI Pinal Drive in Stockton , CA . The 9 <br /> District Comments <br /> 1 ) Based on information provided to the District, project specific emissions of criteria <br /> pollutants are not expected to exceed District significance thresholds of 10 <br /> tons/year NOX , 10 ton/year ROG , and 15 tons/year PM10 . Therefore , the District <br /> concludes that project specific criteria pollutant emissions would have no <br /> significant adverse impact on air quality . <br /> 2 ) Based on information provided to the District , the proposed project would not equal <br /> or exceed 25 , 000 square feet of light industrial space . Therefore , the District <br /> concludes that the proposed project is not subject to District Rule 9510 ( Indirect <br /> Source Review) . <br /> 3 ) The proposed project may require District permits .
