FlowMonitoring <br /> 1 . Inspect flume for any blockage , leaks , debris , foam or any and all <br /> deviation from typical condition/function . <br /> 2 . Check pH and Flow charts on wall for any drop/spike in pH or any <br /> high flow. pH parameters are to be within 5 . 0 - 10 . 0 and flow should <br /> never increase 14 gallons per minute as 15 gpm is the cutoff. <br /> 3 . Observe sampler is running but pressing "Status" button on <br /> interface ; " Program running" should be highlighted on top of screen . <br /> 4 . Check anti -foam solution pail is full and dosing pump in <br /> functioning order. <br /> 5 . Perform this twice mid -shift and once again towards end of shift . <br /> Upon signing this document , the employee acknowledges and understands <br /> all aspects and requirements of the tasks and responsibilities cited above . <br /> Any and all discrepancies to be reported immediately to Brandon or <br /> Prameet . <br /> L(sign/prinit) (date ) <br />
