This facility generated approximately 2928 tons of corrosive <br /> hazardous waste in 2018. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: See Title 22 California Code of Regulations sections 67100.3, 67100.7, 67100.8. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare a complete hazardous waste management performance report for <br /> the year 2018. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 107 CCR 67100.9 Failed to prepare and submit a Summary Progress Report every four years. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility, a large quantity generator, does not have a summary progress report on site for the <br /> year 2018.
