Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training required for each job title and a written job description (qualifications and duties). This is a repeat violation, Class II. 125 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). OBSERVATION: This business's RCRA hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)website accurately. The current ID number listed in the business activity page is CAR000223644 instead of CAR000285262. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS website. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately update the CERS business activity page with the current active ID number. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. This is a Class II violation.
