Attached is the document from HR compliance for the address change. 110—Submit a written statement explaining what happened to the spray paint can and two carbon dioxide cylinders that were placed in the Aerosols Hazardous Waste container the week of 6/9/20,according to the hazardous waste storage area weekly inspection checklist dated 6/9/20.
