The OWTS is engineer-designed using pressure distribution system to mitigate the <br /> potential long term impact of Nitrate-Nitrogen on groundwater for a proposed two-bedroom second <br /> unit dwelling residence on a 1.61 acres lot. The engineer-designed system is approved with following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. The engineer on record shall determine the volume, the frequency and the duration of dosing. <br /> The operational parameters for the control panel shall be programmed accordingly. <br /> 2. All equipment shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's recommendation. <br /> 3. The system shall have audible and visual alarm. <br /> 4.
