I apologize it took so long.Attached
to this email is your inspection report and return to compliance certification.Your due date to correct any violations will
be OCTOBER 26TH 2019.
Please sign the inspection report and send me a copy a signed copy. The return to compliance is also to be check marked
with what was provided (in this case you guys have already provided photos and statements). Please have the name,
date, title and signature filled out as well. The return to compliance certification makes any corrections to violations
official, it is a confirmation that any statements, photos and paperwork provided by you is authentic and not doctored in
any way.
I have closed out violations 119. Amy I have confirmed your CERS account and you should have received an email that I
have accepted your submittal.
Violation 304 has been closed due to the aisle space no longer be obstructed. I have reviewed the photos sent by Dave
on 9/3/2019.
Violation 403 has been closed due to Dave's photos.
Violation 608 has also been closed due to Dave's photos.
The only violations that remain open are the following:
Violation 301 remains open because I need a statement in regards to what was done with the used absorbent/kitty litter
after it was picked up. I recall your employees sweeping it up but I do not recall what happened to the contents.
Violation 303 remains open because I need a statement that explains what happened to the contents inside of the
secondary containment for the hazardous waste.
Violation 601 remains open due to no disposal receipt given for the waste antifreeze that had an accumulation start
date of 12-17-2018.The waste antifreeze should have been hauled off site by now.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact me, I can also help refresh you on what I looked at during the
inspection. I do realize some time has passed since I last been there.
Please respond to this email indicating that you have a received it.
Thank you,
JASON GAITAN
EHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
2
