We have since asked <br /> them to have the employee on site sign these . This will not occur again . <br /> ? 313 Seepage observed in UDC 1 -2 <br /> o There was a bad meter and the meter was on back order, it was received by the maintenance contractor on 3- 15- 19 and will be <br /> installed 3- 19- 19 . 1 will forward work order once completed by end of this week . <br /> ? 315 Liquid was observed in all fill sumps and UDC 1 -2 <br /> o Work order dated 2/21 /19 is enclosed <br /> ? 320 87 and 91 products did not pass the overfill testing on 10- 13- 18 <br /> o This is currently in permitting as the spill buckets for both tanks are seized and will have to be replaced . Once I have a <br /> copy of the A/R and check I will forward to you .
