Task E04 - Reportin>� Upon completion of the field activities, a report of our observations and findings for Tasks E01 through E03 will be prepared for you. The report will include: • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols • Lithologic Logs (if applicable) • A graphical representation of piezometer locations • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory work All information gathered during the study by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSUMPTIONS This proposal and the attached cost estimate is based on the following assumptions: • The client will provide Kleinfelder with formal authorization for the proposed work • Adequate work space and access will be provided by the client. • Granite Construction will provide equipment and operators if necessary for access and adequate work space for the drill rig within the proposed gravel pits. • Kleinfelder's cost estimate is based upon encountering groundwater at approximately 65 feet above mean sea level (msl). If groundwater is encountered at lesser or greater depths, costs will be adjusted accordingly. • Kleinfelder is not responsible for the site safety of others. • Soil and/or water generated during the sampling will be the responsibility of the client.
