Work Plan <br /> Grand Auto #4025 <br /> 1210 Tracy Boulevard, Tracy, CA <br /> The subject property consists of a single-story automotive retail and repair facility <br /> on an approximate 0.70-acre site. Grand Auto currently occupies the property. <br /> Asphalt paved parking is located to the north adjoining to the service bays and <br /> adjacent to the customer entrance at the western side of the subject site. <br /> GeoTek proposes to obtain subsurface soil samples to a depth not to exceed 10 <br /> feet below ground surface adjacent to a hydraulic lift. In addition, GeoTek <br /> proposes to obtain subsurface soil samples at two locations adjacent to an <br /> oil/water separator. <br /> Field investigation and sampling activities are to be conducted under the <br /> supervision of GeoTek. Prior to the commencement of assessment activities, a <br /> utility locating service will be contacted to locate all utilities on or adjacent to the <br /> subject site. Prior to the field investigation utilities will be marked by the <br /> respective utility companies where they entered or were located adjacent to the <br /> site. <br /> Soil samples will be extracted by Viornex of Hayward, California, C57-705927, <br /> using a direct push, Geoprobe method. Upon completion of the investigation, <br /> these soil borings will be filled with grout. Locations of the proposed soil borings <br /> are shown on the site plan attached to this document. <br /> Soil samples will be submitted to Del Mar Analytical Laboratory of Irvine, <br /> California, under chain of custody for analysis of Total Petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> (EPA Method 8015 Modified). <br />
