Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water <br /> intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. The service technician removed the liquid <br /> from the diesel STP sump and returned the sensor to its proper location. Immediately contact a properly licensed, <br /> trained, and certified contractor to address the water intrusion into the diesel STP sump under permit and inspection <br /> of the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 319 CCR 2635, 2637.1, 2665, 2712 No spill bucket, failed to contain 5 gallons, no means to keep it empty, or failed to be <br /> tested. <br /> The 91 and diesel spill containers failed to have a minimum capacity of five gallons. All spill containers shall have a <br /> minimum capacity of five gallons. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair <br /> or replace the spill containers under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The monitoring system certification is being conducted on today 4/9/19 and will not be witnessed by EHD. <br /> Looked inside all sumps and UDCs. Verified sensor locations and piping communication.
