JUL 2 6 ZG � <br /> CCR 66262 . 34 (d) (2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of hazardous <br /> waste . <br /> In building "B " large dark oily staining was seen on the ground (dirt) . Leon said it <br /> was "Prime " <br /> To correct this the dirt that had dark oily staining was scraped about 4 - 5 inches to <br /> where the staining is not visible and placed in a metal drum . The steel drum was <br /> collected by Ramos Oil Company for proper disposal as Hazardous Waste . <br /> In building "A " 2 Pieces of equipment (bottling) were seen with large oily stains <br /> and absorbent around them . <br /> The stains were cleaned along with the absorbent around the machine and was <br /> placed in a steel drum . The machine continues to leak while we get the proper <br /> equipment to move it to 1000 East Channel St , so we will continue to clean the oil <br /> that leaks and be placed in a steel drum .
