This was corrected on site. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of solid debris contaminated with biodiesel was observed in the hazardous waste <br /> storage area without hazardous properties on the label. This was corrected on site. <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by January 21, 2018. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152). The owner/operator should make a determination if this solid has a <br /> hazardous characteristic. <br /> Two five gallon white plastic buckets of liquid, one with white crystallized material at the top were observed in <br /> the methanol tank area. The contents of the buckets was identified as "salt water."
