This solid was identified as a "salt" . ,,,Two five gallon white plastic buckets of liquid , one with white crystallized material at the top were observed in the methanol tank area. The contents of the buckets was identified as "salt water. " Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination for the yellow solid in the processing room and the two five gallon buckets of liquid/crystals , and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations . Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed . This is a minor violation . 104 HSC 25244 . 191 25244 . 21 Failed to adequately complete a Source Reduction plan and have it available for review. A source reduction evaluation review and plan was not prepared or available during the inspection . The 2014 reporting year report was due September 1 , 2015. The facility generated 33 tons of hazardous waste in 2014 . A source reduction evaluation and plan shall be prepared once every four years and contain the information listed in HSC 25244 . 19(b ) . Immediately prepare a source reduction evaluation review and plan and submit a copy to the EHD . This is a minor violation .
