This information was required to be submitted by August 19 , 2016 . <br /> This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives <br /> an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken . Ensure that a written response <br /> documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> Existing violations : Failed to maintain a hazardous waste contingency plan on site and submit to required agencies <br /> This is a Class II violation . <br /> 605 CCR 66262 . 34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste . <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of solid debris contaminated with biodiesel was observed in the hazardous waste <br /> storage area without an accumulation start date . This was corrected on site. <br /> -One black metal 55 gallon drum of solid debris contaminated with biodiesel was observed in the hazardous waste <br /> storage area without hazardous properties on the label . This was corrected on site . <br /> All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information : <br /> - the words " Hazardous Waste' <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> - composition (contents) <br /> - accumulation start date <br /> Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste containers are marked with all the required information . <br /> This is a repeat violation , Class II . <br /> Overall Inspection Comments . <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection . The report was amended by <br /> the EHD . The amended report replaces the initial report . <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation , and any supporting <br /> paperwork , within 30 days of receiving the amended inspection report . <br /> Starting September 1 , 2018 , all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($ 152 ) .
