From now on she will check UST operator visual inspection every 30 days . 8 ) ( 318 ) Leak detector test was failed and fixed by the Afforda Test, service technician found a small rubber piece that was causing the test to be failed . Service tech found small rubber piece and removed it to fix the problem after that test was passed by the service tech . in presence of environmental inspector . 9 ) ( 320 ) We will make sure we keep all records from now on .
