Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: 7-ELEVEN #38153 121 S CENTER ST, STOCKTON April 19, 2019 Item# Remarks Overall Inspection Comments: On site to witness the first monitoring system certification(including communication testing, positive shut down ar sensor out), spill container testing (in operating condition), overfill prevention equipment inspection (OPW overfill prevention valves were removed and verified), leak detector testing, and to conduct a routine UST inspection afte new installation of the UST system. All above components were tested with passing results. Deflector plates were installed to direct any potential spills into under dispenser containments(UDC) from the installed fuel filters. Routine UST inspection couldn't be conducted today due to incomplete CERS and onsite documentation, routine UST inspection will be conducted at a later date prior to facility opening. The following issues noted today will nee to be resolved before scheduling the final inspection: 1)Audible visual is listed as the sole overfill option in CERS 2) Sensor out is listed on the submitted plan, none was observed for the installed smart sensors 3) Incorrect smart sensors(in UDCs) and the monitoring panel information(model) was submitted in CERS 4) No smart sensor information was included on the site map submitted in CERS 5) DO training must be provided and proof present onsite at the time of the routine UST inspection 6)All required documentation must be available onsite 7) The submitted financial responsibility documentation doesn't include the 121 S Center Street location 8) The submitted response plan lacks pertinent information in Section III Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate($152).
