This farm, Kleinfeld Farms,
is owned by a general partnership consisting of Oscar B.
Kleinfeld, Gary Kleinfeld, Harold Berg, Bernard Berg, Lonnie
R. Beck, L. Wayne Beck and Robert Chambers. All of the
above are general partners of the business. r .
The chicken farm has been a financial disaster and currently
>has no funds or assets to support its daily operations. xf s
- ' There are approximately four hundred_-thousand (.400,000 ) s
- chickens currently existing on the farm. There are not
enough assets of the partnership to support the daily feed '
of these chickens which requires approximately eight thousand
($8,000 . ) dollars to nine thousand( $9,000. ) dollars daily.
Lonnie Beck, L Wayne Beck and Robert Chambers have currently
been supporting the daily maintenance of these chickens
individually and the other partners have refused to contribute. x.
We wanted to advise you of the situation. Clearly it would
be a criminal offense if these chickens were not properly
cared for and fed on a daily basis. It is our opinion
that responsibility for these chickens falls equally- upon k
------_all of the general partners and in the event that the chickens '#
are not properly maintained and in fact die, that the responsibility,
including criminal responsibility, will fall on all of
the general partners. `
4
x
