October 21, 2019 <br /> RECEIVED <br /> OCT 2 1 2019 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health , ENVIRONMENTAL IEALTH <br /> DEPARTMENT <br /> With regards to the small quantity hazardous waste inspection done at my shop on 9/26/19 by Christine <br /> Lawrence, the required corrections have been made as follows; <br /> Item 101 . A CA epa number has been applied for by email and the application paperwork has been <br /> supplied to you . <br /> Item 403 . Barrel lid has been installed . Photo is included . <br /> Item 601 . Invoices are included which show that at the time of the inspection l had been storing waste <br /> oil and filters for 127 days, within the required 270 days . <br /> Item 608 . The stored filters and waste oil were brought in for recycling . Barrel has been closed and <br /> label installed . I now will be using a lidded 5 gal plastic bucket to store all old filters . The bucket also <br /> has a label on it . Photo is included . <br /> Also, my CERS account has been updated with current information and map . <br /> Michael Corradi <br /> CERS ID 10411141 <br />
