The enclosed report <br /> describes the findings of that inspection, including all violations and any actions that should be taken by the facility to <br /> correct the violations. You are required to submit a written response to the EHD within 30 days describing the corrective <br /> actions that you have taken or propose to take to bring your facility into compliance (Health & Safety Code section <br /> 25185(c)(3)). A return to compliance certification and a corrective action statement has been provided for your <br /> convenience to use as your written response. <br /> All pertinent information derived from the inspection, including documents, and photographs are included as attachments <br /> to the report. You will also find an EPA ID application, flyer for free CUPA classes, information on CERS, and a modified <br /> contingency plan template.
