The following were <br /> observed in the welding area located within the shop: <br /> -Two 5 gallon buckets with used oil observed with no lid or hazardous waste labels. <br /> The following were observed in the hazardous waste storage area located within the shop: <br /> -One black 55 gallon drum with used diesel observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> -One blue 55 gallon drum with used diesel observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> -One red 55 gallon drum with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> -One red 55 gallon drum with waste antifreeze observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> -One green 55 gallon drum with waste antifreeze observed with no accumulation start date. <br /> -One 1 gallon used oil pump observed with no hazardous waste label found next to waste antifreeze containers. <br /> -One white 55 gallon drum with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> -One 55 gallon drum with used absorbent observed with no accumulation start date. <br /> -One 55 gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed with no accumulation start date. <br /> - One 55 gallon drum with used paper oil filters observed with no accumulation start date. <br /> -One wooden pallet with waste solids removed from dumpster bin observed with no hazardous waste label. <br /> The following were observed outdoors adjacent to main shop located in the parking area in the south side of the <br /> facility: <br /> - One blue 5 gallon bucket with used oil observed with no hazardous waste label found near orange lift truck next to <br /> dumpster bin. <br /> -One white 5 gallon bucket with used oil observed with no lid and no hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
