The PEA <br /> presents data collected during PEA investigation activities and conclusions based <br /> on a health-based risk screening evaluation for the site. <br /> DTSC has identified discrepancies in the PEA that require clarification and/or <br /> modification. Comments identifying these discrepancies are enclosed. DTSC <br /> recognizes the Lodi Unified School District has chosen to make the PEA available <br /> for public review and comment pursuant to California Education Code, Section <br /> 17213.1(a)(6)(B). Please submit three (3) hard copies of the response to the <br /> enclosed comments in tabular form and a revised PEA within three weeks of receipt <br /> of this letter. <br /> The energy challenge facing California is real.
