The discharge is described in two Reports of Waste Discharge (RWD).
Staff has begun preparing tentative WDRs for the Jessie's Grove Winery but has found inadequate data
exists to prepare the tentative WDRs. In order to allow preparation of the tentative WDRs, Jessie's
Grove Winery must submit the additional information requested in the 18 July 2002 Regional Board
correspondence (a copy of the letter is attached). In addition, staff was informed of a preliminary
groundwater investigation performed by Steve Muir; we have never received a technical report on the
findings of that investigation. Please include that information with your submittal.
The additional information is to be provided by 17 February 2004. Please call me at (916) 464-4616 if
you have any questions regarding this request for additional information.
