Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the shop manager. I explained the nature of the complaint and the manager stated that the facility <br /> does contains a grill that is used by the shop once a month and left over food is given to the homeless in the area.The facility <br /> is an auto body shop that contains no permitted kitchen or food preparation area on site.The grill is observed and is currently <br /> not in use at this time.
