SANrJOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> i'<" _—COUNTY—._.— <br /> Time In: 10:48 am <br /> Time Out: 11:30 am <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: Date: 08/18/2020 <br /> Address: 540 N HUNTER ST, STOCKTON <br /> Owner/Operator: BARRY BLUGHT Telephone: <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052459 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint. <br /> COMPLAINANT STATES THIS BUSINESS IS MANUFACTURING AND SHELLING SAUSAGE TO THE PUBLIC,ALSO <br /> DOING CAR TOWING AND AUTO DISMANTLING IN THE SAME FACILITY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7, <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodbome illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the shop manager. I explained the nature of the complaint and the manager stated that the facility <br /> does contains a grill that is used by the shop once a month and left over food is given to the homeless in the area.The facility <br /> is an auto body shop that contains no permitted kitchen or food preparation area on site.The grill is observed and is currently <br /> not in use at this time.
