Any Party may modify the person and address to whom the notice is to be sent by <br /> i <br /> 11 informing each other Party in writing by certified mail. Nothing in the Stipulation and Judgment <br /> 12 shall be interpreted or applied to relieve Defendants of their existing obligations to provide <br /> 13 documentation to a federal or state agency, county, city, district, or CUPA as required by statute, <br /> 14 regulation, ordinance,permit, or other requirement. <br /> . i <br /> 15 NO WAIVER OF RIGHT TO ENFORCE <br /> 16 31. The failure of the State Water Board to enforce any provision of the Stipulation and <br /> 17 Judgment may not be deemed a waiver of such provision, or in any way affect the validity of the <br /> 18 Stipulation and Judgment. The failure of the State Water Board to enforce any such provision <br /> 19 shall not preclude the State Water Board from later enforcing the same or any other provision of <br /> 20 the Stipulation and Judgment. No oral advice, guidance, suggestion, or comment by employees <br /> 21 or officials of any Party regarding matters covered in the Stipulation and Judgment shall be <br /> 22 construed to relieve any Party of its obligations under the Stipulation and Judgment. <br /> 23 INDEMNIFICATION <br /> 24 32. Defendants shall indemnify and save and hold harmless the State Water Board, the <br /> 25 State of California, and any of their employees, including each and every constituent agency, <br /> 26 board, department, office, commission, fund, or other entity thereof, and successors and assigns <br /> 27 of each and every constituent of the State of California (Indemnified Parties), for or from any and <br /> 28 all claims or causes of action, of every kind and nature whatsoever, in law and in equity, whether <br /> 17 <br /> Final Consent Judgment(Case No.34-2014-00164107) <br />
