GeoSyntec Consultants <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The site is located in Lodi, California. The site address is 1575 E. Victor Road. <br /> This Work Plan covers the objectives of the sampling program and field methods to be <br /> employed in the collection of soil samples at the site. <br /> OBJECTIVE <br /> The objective of this scope of work is to obtain information on the soil at the site <br /> by collecting soil samples by means of a Geoprobe system and analyzing the samples <br /> for specific constituents at a certified analytical laboratory. This work is being <br /> performed on a voluntary basis, in preparation for a possible real estate transaction. <br /> FIELD METHODS <br /> Activities associated with this scope of work include: <br /> • Preparing a site specific health and safety plan <br /> • Soil sampling by means of a Geoprobe <br /> Each of these activities is described below. <br /> Health and Safety <br /> All field operations will be performed using the procedures outlined in a site <br /> specific health and safety plan. Before work begins at the site, Underground Service <br /> Alert will be contacted and underground utilities will be cleared in the areas where the <br /> work is to be performed. A safety meeting will be held prior to the start of field <br /> activities. The field operations will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, <br /> state, and local policies and regulations including training and medical monitoring <br /> required under 29 CFR 1910.120. <br /> WR020MLOMWork Plan 1 96.11.08 <br />
