Financial documents on site <br /> are outdated. A copy of these documents shall be accessible on site at all times. Immediately locate and retain a <br /> copy on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 209 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to conduct the designated UST operator visual inspection at least once every 30 days. <br /> The following was observed on the designated operator's monthly inspection report: <br /> -The 10/25/18 designated operator inspection report was not signed by owner/operator within 48 hours. <br /> During the visual inspection, the designated operator shall check all required testing and maintenance for the UST <br /> system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. Ensure that designed operators <br /> performing visual inspections at this facility are including all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 316 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Secondary containment not constructed to prevent water intrusion (after Jul 2003). <br /> A small amount of liquid was found in the 87-prouduct fill sump and 91-product STP sump. Secondary containment <br /> shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. The <br /> service technician removed approximately 2 oz of liquid from the both sumps and returned the sensors to their proper <br /> location. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to address the water intrusion into <br /> the 87-prouduct fill sump and 91-product STP sump. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> The monitoring system certification was conducted on 2/25/2019 and was not witnessed by EHD. <br /> Onsite to look inside all sumps and UDCs and verify sensor locations. Paperwork inspection was completed <br /> today, 6/12/2019.
