The permit has been approved with the following <br /> conditions : <br /> 1 . Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Paul Nso at (209) 468-3432 to arrange the following appointments ( a 48 - hour <br /> notice is required for inspection appointments ) . Please be aware that inspections for <br /> emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval . <br /> • Overfill prevention verification : Measurement of drop tubes to verify 95 % tank volume <br /> shut off. Verification of ball floats absent or located at a level that will not interfere with <br /> drop tube functionality . <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot receive fuel in the 91 and diesel system <br /> prior to the EHD inspection and approval . <br /> 4 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible <br /> valid , current contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board <br /> ( may be issued to the installation company) , or a Tank Tester' s license issued to the <br /> individual by the State Water Board , and <br />
