UST Tank Information form for the diesel tank is not current in CERS. -The vapor recovery primary and secondary containment were left blank. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a Class II violation. 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. -The map did not include the 91 or diesel leak detectors. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. This is a minor violation. 111 CCR 2638(a) & (b), 26410) Failed to test monitoring and leak detection equipment annually. Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing were last performed in March 2018 and was completed on April 26, 2019 , one month past due. These tests are required once every 12 months. Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. This is a Class II violation. 113 CCR 2638(c), 2638(d) Failure to submit"Monitoring System Certification Form"within 30 days of completion of the test. A monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were performed in March 2018. Alarm logs indicate all sensors were tested on March 23, 2018. A test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test.
