Box 98 <br /> Sutter Creek, CA 95685 <br /> Dear Mr. Anderson: <br /> As I explained to you on the telephone today, it is acceptable to <br /> the Amador County Environmental Health Department to use the two <br /> 500 gallon storage tanks, described in your October 31 , 1990 , <br /> letter for above ground fuel storage on Mr. Wolin's ranch. <br /> The only requirement from this office is to complete the enclosed <br /> hazardous material inventory forms, and return them to this office. <br /> This disclosure form will meet the requirements of State Laws AB <br /> 2185 and AB 2187 which requires that any liquid hazardous material <br /> stored in quantities greater than 55 gallons be reported to the <br /> local agency responsible for this program.
