In the Diesel product, Diesel product#1, 87 product and 91 product tank states that vent piping <br /> has secondary containment to be fiberglass however single wall vent piping was observed while the inspector was <br /> out in the field. Furthermore the 87 product and 91 product vapor recovery piping was stated to be double wall <br /> however single wall piping was observed during the field inspection. Any change of information must be updated in <br /> CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for <br /> review by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 105 CCR 2632(d)(1),2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. <br /> The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. In the Diesel#1 tank the monitoring plan states <br /> the mechanical leak detector model to be FE Petro however STPMLD model was observed during the field <br /> inspection. Furthermore the panel model listed in the monitoring plan is"TLS 350"however"TLS-350 Plus"was <br /> observed during the field inspection. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 121 CCR 2712(f)Failed to submit a written response within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> An inspection was last done on 4/9/18 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to <br /> bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by May 8th, 2018. This information <br /> was received on 5/31/18, 23 days late resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. An operator that receives <br /> an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a statement documenting <br /> corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a written response <br /> documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 124 CCR 2637.2(d&e), 2665(a&b)"Overfill Prevention Equipment Inspection Report Form"not submitted within 30 days <br /> of inspection. <br /> Overfill prevention equipment inspection report was performed on 1/30/19. A Overfill prevention equipment <br /> inspection report form has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS). A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the test.
