Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> for any applicable permits and requirements . <br /> 2 . Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work . All new addenda supersede the previous ones . <br /> 3 . Contact Shewit Woldearegay at (209 ) 468 - 0216 to arrange the following appointments ( a <br /> 48- hour notice is required for inspection appointments) . <br /> • Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps ( UDCs) . <br /> • Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers . <br /> 4 . If concrete will be broken near the tank , a secondary containment test must be performed <br /> on the tank once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines . <br /> 5 . Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications : <br /> a . Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid , <br /> current contractor' s licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board ( may be <br /> issued to the installation company) , or a Tank Tester' s license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board , and <br /> b . Possess or work under the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically <br /> present at the work site who possesses a valid , current California UST Service <br /> Technician certificate issued by the International Code Council ( ICC ) , and <br /> c . Possesses a valid , current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component (s) being tested , repaired , or serviced . <br /> 1868 E .
