Empty Containers <br /> Am <br /> ■ "Empty" containers are defined by regulation <br /> ■ Empty containers: <br /> — May contain no more than 1 inch of waste <br /> — Must have been emptied to the fullest extent possible <br /> using practicable methods <br /> — Must have been triple rinsed if they contained acutely <br /> hazardous wastes <br /> — Must not be pressurized above atmospheric pressure <br /> ■ Residue in "empty" containers is not subject to <br /> RCRA <br />
