San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> Large Quantity Haz Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Corrective Action Statement regarding#301 and #303 <br /> Action Item#301 and #303— <br /> Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Failure to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> During inspection oil sheen observed outside of the Detail Dept., entrance side. Additionally, absorbent <br /> saturated with oil observed in the HAZ Waste accumulation room. <br /> Corrective Action: Absorbent was spread on the oil sheen observed outside of the car wash and the <br /> material was removed and placed into our collection drum. The HAZ Waste storage room was cleaned. <br /> All secondary containment containers were emptied into the appropriate waste collection drum and <br /> were cleaned. Absorbent swept up off the floor and placed into the correct drum. General clean up was <br /> performed throughout the room. All spent absorbent was picked up on 9/28/2020 and a copy of the <br /> manifest (007769571SKS) is attached. Copy of the weekly inspection performed on the HAZ Waste <br /> room is attached for your review. Inspections are performed weekly and entered into our HSE software, <br /> GenSuite. <br />
